Job Description

Prime Home Lending is growing and looking for motivated Loan Officers ready to take their career to the next level. If you’re hungry for success, enjoy working leads, and want to be part of a supportive, high-energy team — this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do:

Work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads
Guide clients through the loan process from application to close
Build relationships with borrowers, answer questions, and provide loan solutions
Stay current on lending products and industry trends

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 active state Loan Officer license
If you’re not currently licensed but were in the past, you may qualify if you’re able to activate a license prior to your start date. If you have never been licensed, you’re encouraged to apply to our Loan Officer Assistant position!
Proven communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and results-driven
Comfortable working leads and closing deals
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
