As a Landscape Installation Production Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of landscape installation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscape installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and manage installation crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
• Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment for each project.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and design requirements.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges, implementing effective solutions as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape installation or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in landscaping.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
