Reports To: Director of Football Operations / Director of Team Logistics

Position Type: Full-Time | Operations Support

Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of team travel logistics. This role is essential to ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective travel arrangements for players, coaches, and staff throughout the season and off-season activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, book, and coordinate all travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and meal arrangements for players, coaches, and staff.

  • Manage travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of schedules to all travelers.

  • Coordinate travel for home and away games, training camps, and team events.

  • Work closely with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and transportation companies to negotiate rates and ensure quality service.

  • Monitor travel budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Assist with visa and travel documentation as needed for international trips.

  • Respond promptly to travel-related inquiries and troubleshoot any issues or disruptions during travel.

  • Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenditures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 2+ years experience in travel coordination, preferably in sports, corporate, or event travel.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in travel booking software, Microsoft Office, and itinerary management tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.

  • Experience working with professional sports teams or similar high-pressure travel environments.

  • Negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
