Our client is a leading innovator in the financial technology sector, offering cutting-edge digital payment solutions. They are growing rapidly and seeking a driven, adaptable Recruiter to support their internal hiring efforts—especially within their tech and sales teams.

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company to find a Technical Recruiter for a contract opportunity (minimum 3 months). This individual will play a key role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align on hiring goals
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess skills and team fit
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and provide a seamless experience for candidates
• Lead interview debriefs and support hiring teams with evaluation and feedback
• Oversee offer negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system with accurate records
• Stay current on market trends and sourcing best practices
• Contribute to ongoing talent acquisition initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Proven experience recruiting for Sales and/or Technical roles (e.g., Account Executives, BDRs, SDRs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Self-starter mentality with a team-first mindset
• Professional, flexible, and solutions-oriented

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Hybrid schedule: In-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• Team Size: Recruiting team of 8
• Company Size: Approx. 550 employees
• Background check required prior to start
