Job Description

Salary: $79,700 - 140,530 per year Requirements:

  • Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
  • A High School Diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of general software engineering experience, OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Desired Skills:

  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
  • Debug existing software and correct defects
  • Provide suggestions for improving documentation and software development process standards
  • Design and code new software or enhance existing software to introduce new features
  • Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
  • Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
  • Write or review software and system documentation
  • Knowledge or experience in the following:
  • DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines in Git
  • Container and container management (e.g., Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher)
  • Modern software languages such as Go/Golang and micro-service architecture development
  • C++20 or newer with Boost
  • Java
  • Front End Development with JavaScript and/or React or other frameworks
  • Python
  • Linux Development Environment
  • Circuit-switched and mobile telephony
  • Reactor pattern architecture systems
  • Development of event stream processing systems
  • SQL (MySQL, MariaDB) and Elasticsearch
  • Dataflow tools and message queues
  • AI experience concerning human-language translation tools and techniques
  • RF algorithm development
Responsibilities:
  • At Lockheed Martin, I am committed to providing life-cycle services to further our mission in support of Cybersecurity and SIGINT midpoint collection.
  • I will modernize and sustain our capabilities, incorporating new features and enhancements to Front End Solutions systems. This will enable products to effectively process target communications across various Midpoint accesses.
  • By leveraging advancements in technologies, such as containerization, cloud capabilities, data flows, and AI/ML, I will help our customers transition to the next phase of product suite modernization.
