We’re looking for a proven leader to serve as our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, responsible for driving strategic hiring across all parts of our business from corporate services to field operations. This role will report to the Vice President of Talent, who oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development.
You’ll lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers while setting the tone for what high performance looks like. You’ll be expected to build a talent function that moves with urgency, precision, and care, all while delivering exceptional service to both our candidates and our internal stakeholders.
Requirements
This is a hybrid role based in our Houston headquarters. Team members are expected to be in the office at least four days per week to foster connection, collaboration, and visibility across the organization.
