Job Summary

We  are currently seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Process Operator to join our team and support regeneration ope rations. This position supports both our Carbon and Regen areas, contributing to product processing, material handling, and maintaining overall plant operations in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.

Job Description

• Follow all workplace safety policies and product quality guidelines
• Conduct routine equipment checks throughout shift to ensure proper operation
• Read and follow standard operating procedures and process documentation
• Provide support in achieving division performance goals
• Ensure timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers
• Bag finished products, collect and test samples
• Feed spent carbon into the reactivation furnace
• Switch spent carbon feed tanks, calibrate pH probes
• Operate filter press and manage wastewater treatment system
• Sort bottles by size and resin type
• Load and unload deliveries to and from regional branches
• Operate forklift to move bottles and materials throughout the plant
• Evacuate bottles and prepare for processing or shipment
• Shift Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills Required

• Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operating experience
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Prior manufacturing or plant experience (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy

Education

• High School Diploma / GED

Additional Requirements

• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
