Job Responsibilities

• Works CASS report to fix address issues. Will work with other departments and do research on validating customer and postal office information
• Handle incoming mail / fix discrepancies as needed
• Provide feedback to internal teams on issues and errors

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft office suite
• Strong typing skills
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong Communication

Special Knowledge

• Familiar with SOE (preferred)

Work Environment

• Hybrid, in office work will be required

This role is part- time, approximately 20 hours per week.
