Salary: $72,150 - 130,425 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience, although additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. You should have experience in Jira/Confluence administration, a solid understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screen schemes. The ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to identify potential areas for improvement is essential, as well as the ability to write custom, complex JQL filters. Excellent problem-solving skills, process implementation, and verbal/written communication skills are a must. A strong work ethic with good time management skills is required. Additionally, you must hold a current TS/SCI government security clearance.

• As a Jira System Administrator, you will design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, field configurations, automations, user permissions, and project roles in Jira/Confluence. You will maintain access lists and perform security tests to ensure proper restrictions are in place. Your role includes performing routine audits of the database to ensure consistent field usage and accurate reporting, and you will work with teams to resolve inconsistencies. You will create and manage custom JQL filters, dashboards, and Confluence pages as needed, troubleshoot and resolve Jira issues reported by end-users, and coordinate with Jira Admin peers to provide guidance and solutions. Additionally, you will audit, improve, and automate processes and workflows, and conduct training for staff on how to use Jira/Confluence effectively.
