**Description:** You will be the Inspector Senior, leading our inspection team and ensuring that all inspection activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner\. Our team is responsible for meeting production needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality, and you will play a key role in leading and guiding our inspection team to achieve these goals\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for leading our inspection team, assigning daily work, and ensuring that production needs are met\. You will also be responsible for training and certifying new inspectors, demonstrating organizational skills, and engaging with the team to drive success\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Strong Attention to Details \- Ability to multi\-task, meet deadlines, and support business needs\. \- Ability to quickly learn multi\-inspection / verification methods and requirements\. \- Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during all scheduled work periods\. \- Must have acceptable attendance record\. \- Good organizational skills \- Demonstrate ability to lift 40 lbs\. \- Work in heat/cold and wet/dry conditions\. \- Interim Secret required to start with ability to obtain secret security clearance\. \- High School Diploma or GED required \- Successful completion of AIDT training required prior to start\. \-1 year requirement as an assembler \*\*Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives \("ATF"\) background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" \(of explosives or other ATF\-regulated items\) as defined by ATF regulations\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
