We are seeking skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience troubleshooting machines and and facilities. Job Duties:

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing all aspects of industrial production equipment maintenance and repair (both mechanical and electrical), automation upkeep, general building repairs, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
• Perform repairs on both production and non-production equipment such as CNC, presses, robots, forklifts, blasters, grinders, polishers, conveyors, etc.
• Complete regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Move and install machinery and automation components as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing or distribution warehouse environment. PLC and automation experience is highly desired.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems, blueprints, schematics, and perform necessary repairs.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or other mobile equipment (with proper training and certification).
• Familiarity with controls software (AB/ME) and VFD systems and their components.
• Electrical experience: 110v, 220v, high voltage 460 volt 3 phase circuits, motor controls, low voltage, etc.
• Safely lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, grinders, drills, multimeters, welding equipment, etc.) with precision and control.
• Respond quickly and physically to emergencies or unplanned breakdowns that may require fast, physical intervention.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus
