Job Description

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. + 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. + Experience with people management. Preferred qualifications: + 13 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, partnerships or corporate advisory. + Experience leading and managing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and high performance to develop and inspire talent. + Experience in selection-making and execution for large projects across multiple teams and business/product areas. + Experience in multiple critical business areas, with broader industry and engaged landscape. + Ability to understand leadership and to influence direction and strategy at the executive level. The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are the strategy and operations team that supports the Search and Gemini partnerships area in knowledge and information partnerships. This role will cover strategy and operations for search including search verticals, search horizontals and Gemini App. We focus on delivering thought leadership, operational skills, and executive level narratives to help advance knowledge and information and Google's product mission. We work directly with knowledge and information leaders on priority topics across all areas and help the global organization identify, plan, and execute their highest priorities. In this role, you will lead strategy projects in collaboration with partnerships and other cross-functional teams like Product Manager/Engineer, Product Operations, Finance, etc. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
