MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT WAREHOUSE OR GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking a General Labor – Packing & Labeling worker to fill an opening at a distribution center in Ontario, CA.

Requirements for General Labor – Packing & Labeling:

• 6 months of recent warehouse or general labor experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail for packing, labeling, and verifying shipments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Shipping Clerk, Packaging Associate, Production Worker, Material Handler, or Order Picker is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the General Labor – Packing & Labeling:

• Accurately pack products for shipment based on order details.
• Label packages with correct shipping and return information.
• Inspect and sort returned items for restocking or processing.
• Manually lift boxes and materials up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in the return and shipping areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Mandatory OT may be required up to 2 hours per day.
