The Fan Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all fans, with an emphasis on season ticket holders/Panther Club members, via email, phone, and face-to-face interaction to elevate the event experience across all Pitt Panthers sporting events. The Fan Service Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Service.

Essential FunctionsThe Fan Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to all fans, with an emphasis on season ticket holders/Panther Club members, via email, phone, and face-to-face interaction to elevate the event experience across all Pitt Panthers sporting events. The Fan Service Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Service.
Physical EffortComputer work, ability to travel, and attend meetings on and off campus. Required to be mobile for long periods of time, especially on gamedays.
