Job Description

Our dishwashers are in charge of removing soiled plates and flatware, washing them thoroughly .They may also restock items, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
  
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas.
  
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
  
• Sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Minimal working experience. 
  
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
  
• Ability to stand for long period of time and lift at least 20 lbs.
  
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
