Director Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Leader with remarkable skills, who will run a department within our business effectively and with attention to detail. This results oriented role will play a vital part in the team’s commitment to key metrics such as customer satisfaction, food quality, speed of service, food safety, cleanliness, and labor productivity. Long term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader at Chick-fil-A County Line Road or potentially be developed into a career with Chick-fil-A beyond the local restaurant

Our Director candidates are required to be in constant contact with our team and our guests. They need to be able to ensure our team provides the highest quality customer service and monitor the overall performance of their department within the business.

This leader will spend time in restaurant operations (working "in the business") as well as developing people, systems and processes to advance the business (working "on the business"). They are expected to be a motivated, self-starting leader that can solve problems, delegate and utilize their team effectively, and prepare the business for future growth.

  • Back of House Operations
  • Kitchen

Director Job Requirements

  • Food Service experience; 2 years preferred, Chick-fil-A preferred
  • Management/Leadership experience; 1 year preferred
  • Full-time open availability, including open (5am) and close (11:00pm) at least once a week

Pay: 

$20 - $24 / hour based on experience
