Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Atwater, California. In this role, you will support administrative and accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data entry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization in the food and food processing industry. Responsibilities: - Input invoices and bills into QuickBooks Pro Plus with a high degree of accuracy. - Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors. - Prepare and type orders using a typewriter as needed. - Handle general accounting support tasks, including invoicing and bill payment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. - Work closely with bilingual Spanish-speaking clients and team members. - Maintain confidentiality while handling financial and customer information. - Adapt to varying workloads, ensuring tasks are completed within the required timeframe. Requirements - Proficiency in data entry and typing, with strong attention to detail. - Experience using QuickBooks is a plus. - Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, with excellent customer service skills. - Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. - Familiarity with office equipment, including typewriters, is a plus.
