Role Description As a Customer Service Representative with the Marion Fazio Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Be able to answer phones, faxing, scanning and filing
- Identify customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Able to obtain property and casualty license
Qualifications - Excellent communication skills
- People-oriented
- Able to learn computer functions
- Outgoing
- Proactive in problem solving
- State Farm Experience preferred
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
