This role involves non-litigation work for corporate formation, transactions, and corporate/LLC records. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of law firm experience
• Corporate experience (ex: LLC formations, stock issuance/transfer documentation, UCC filings, Blue Sky, legal compliance researcproh etc.)
• Bachelors degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
