Compensation Manager - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves analyzing market data, assisting with compensation cycles, and collaborating with internal teams to create competitive compensation packages.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resource Administration. Experience in compensation analysis, preferably within the biotechnology industry. Familiarity with international compensation practices is a plus. Knowledge of government rules and regulations related to compensation, such as ERISA, FLSA, and other labor or tax laws.
The Compensation Manager's responsibilities will be:
Support daily compensation tasks, including market data analysis, off-cycle promotions, pay adjustments, and ad-hoc requests. Participate in compensation surveys to gather and analyze competitive total compensation information. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop compelling new hire offer packages using market data and company philosophy. Assist in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including platform setup, budget management, and communication materials for managers and employees.
