Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing engineering, or product development with mobile, consumer electronics products or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in program management. + 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports, working with a globally distributed team. Preferred qualifications: + Certification in Master Black Belt in Six Sigma + Experience in resolving high impact product quality customer escalations. + Experience launching new products with global telecom carrier and retail partners, with extensive customer-facing engagement. + Experience in electronics product assembly, inspection and test process development. + Experience in implementing quality escalation process and ongoing product improvement. + Excellent problem solving, people management and communication skills, while leading cross-functional teams. You will also act as a key partner, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Launch teams to shape the future of Pixel. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google ( . + Use technical expertise, people management and communication skills to lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish to ensure the carrier's requirements are met. + Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. + Maintain regular updates from the external parties and also share the latest updates with the internal teams. + Collaborate with the launch team to optimize the on-shelf date in support of the product launch.
